Can someone clarify baggying for me???

When baggying, after you put whatever product your gonna put on your hair, baggy it, and go to sleep for the night, are you not supposed to wash all that product out.

I use a regular dail moisturizer and then I seal with oil. No I don't wash it out in the morning.
