Can ORS Creamy Aloe Shampoo be used to neutralize a LYE relaxer?

ORS Creamy Aloe Shampoo comes in the ORS No-Lye kit, but I don't use No-Lye anymore. I was wondering could I use it during my next touch up as my neutraliziing shampoo? Or does it only neutralize no-lye?

You can use it. Neutralizing is neutralizing.
