Can monthly blowdrying damage the hair?

Maybe by using a heat protective product or blowdrying on a low setting. But personally i think you are fine with only monthly blowdrying. My stylist blowdries my hair every two months for a dust and i haven't experienced damaged hair. HTH.

Or even airdying x amount of time and blowdrying the rest on the lowest setting. Or viceversa.
