I don't see why not. I know that my relaxer will process faster on my hair the less product I have. I would not relax too soon after airdrying for this reason. Give yourself a few days to moisturize and oil and to let you natural oils become a good barrier. Good luck.

give myself a touch-up on air-dried hair?

Thanks for your replys

I think so but I do everything but self relax. I dust my ends, henna, indigo, roller set once in a double blue moon, shampoo, condition...whatever but my self relaxer days are long done; I'm a damage queen with self relaxers. My Dominican salon sees me only for my touchups, poo and condition for that event and that is all. I leave the salon with roller set, enjoy the look for a while then back up it goes. Too inexpensive--$30.00 to bother home relaxing and I do take control of the relaxing at my salon; my own relaxer, neutralizer, conditioners. My inner shyness has no power at the salon. Salon time is Witchypoo time!!!!!!!!!!:flyingwit
