If not please name names of what I CAN use...

I really getting tired of these bits of breakage and the 2 minute treatment didn't really seem to slow my breakage. Now I'm ready to pull out the BIG GUNs and try the hard stuff. I just need to know if I can use one of the conditioners that I already have. I really want to do this tonight...

Hmmm. I don't know if those are heavy enough. Search for some of the 2 step threads and see what other people have used.

Used the Aussie deeeeep last week after a protein treatment and my hair felt great before I even rinsed. After rinsing, air drying, and flat ironing my hair felt and looked AMAZING! It's def. a keeper for me.
Can't comment on the cholesterol, never used it.
