Can I use any shampoo to wash out a relaxer

I think that I may give in and get a relaxer. I am going to use revlon mild and would like to know can I use any shampoo to wash it out? If not what kind of poo do I need?

You need a neutralizing shampoo or a shampoo with a certain PH, but I don't know the PH needed. Isoplus makes a really cheap neutralizing shampoo in a clear bottle with blue lettering the shampoo is orange looking. Don't just use any shampoo though because you don't want your hair to fall out.

I think you have to use a neutralizing shampoo, to stop the process?

What I usually do is use the neutralizing shampoo until all the relaxer is out then use my shampoo and conditioner of choice.
