Can I put a rinse over permanently colored hair?

I miss my half wigs & weaves! Can I put a jet black rinse over it like jazzing or adore without damaging it?

Absolutely! If you really want to you can apply a permanent black color over instead of the rinse. Deposit only colors are usually pretty safe. Be aware that there will be some fading over time and the red color will shine through a little and you will have to color again. HTH
