can i clarify w/ ACV while in braided twists?

YEAAAH!! hey ladies newbie/(6 month stalker),finally joined offically tonite.I have my google tool bar set up for automatic feeds from LCHF ,you guys have been my saving grace much love for all the info-i have no idea what took so long to spend 5 dollas!!! anyway i'm here now and i wanna talk/ so is it safe to clarify using the acv while in kinky twists(synthetic hair)?

Yes. I ACV rinse my braids & i'm using synthetic hair as well.

I do acv rinses while in twists too.

Do you prepoo before or after ACV rinses? Do you still deep condition after the rinse? Whats the order? Thanks in advance ladies
