I Know everyone is sick of my greasy/oily hair complaints lol. This is the second biggest problem other than breakage, but after chelating my hair and using protein the breakage is starting to get better.
Now I just cannot find a leave in/moisturizer that doesn't make my hair feel oily. Most just make my hair feel mousitrized until it dries and then it feels greasy. I want my hair to feel like almost naked but mositurized.
I just recently tried Hair Foreplay by Sdotbeauty. It is the only thing other than Qhemet Burdockroot that I have ever used that left my hair moisturized for a full 24 hours! But there was still a greasy feeling. Not as greasy as the Burdockroot, but it was bad enough that I did have something on my hand when touching my hair after the product dried.
Here are the ingredients: Ingredients: Distilled Aqua, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Astrocaryum Tucuma Seed Butter, Vegetable Glycerin, Behentrimonium Methosulfate (and) Cetearyl Alcohol, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5), Fragrance, Phenoxyenthanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Tocopherol Acetate,
If it wasn't for that slightly greasy touch I would have found the product I have been looking for for 5 years! Could it be the glycerin? Yes I'm going to have her make me a glycerin free bottle, but I still want to know what others think about glycerin leaving a greasy feeling.
