Hrm, no, I never have - largely cuz I don't know what's in them - heck, I don't use those oils on my BODY.

The 'purer' oils, I'll add to hair concoctions so that I'm layering my smell.

No... those aren't really strong enough. The smell evaporate in an hour.

For lasting scent, try getting fragrance oil used for soap making. I don't have the site that I buy from... but just try googling it.

It was the ONLY way I could use BT. I used black cherry scent oil, and it covered the sulfur smell a lot.

That's true. At the time I didn't care  It was right after my BC I needed some hair fast.

No bad hair or scalp reactions to report though.

I use the cosmetic grade secented oils someimes. My fave is peach mango:lick: I add them to DC's or regular oils

Thanks to all who replied...
Justkiya, thats why i was asking...dont need no setbacks...lol
ElleDoll..tell me more about the cosmetic grade fragrances....

Yes, they won't hurt you so you can use them. Hopefully they are cut the right way but are safer than full strength fragrances. They won't fade if its good quality so it depends on who you purchase from. Just buy and see. Cosmetic grade means it has already been cut which is very safe for use.
