can anyone tell me? (braid style question)

Hello Ladies,
I am getting cornrows for the first time next weekend and I was wondering about this very pretty style I found online. Basically, was just wondering if anyone can tell what type of hair this is (synthetic? human?)? I am currently transitioning from relaxed to natural (4 months since last perm!) so I will be removing my microbraids and going right back into another braid style. Does anyone think this will be a problem? Welcome and appreciate any advice, suggestions, or answers. Thanks again! Picture is attatched.

I would give the hair a rest before going RIGHT into another braid style. I've heard folks mention waiting for 2 weeks. If you can do that, I'd suggest you try this.
