My friend has natural hair. Cut her relaxer out and her hair continues to be very dry and fall out in different areas. She says it is itchy and she complains of flacky skin spots on the scalp that can sometimes turn into sores. She shampoos with Nizoral. Any recommendations for her???

could be a skin/scalp condition like eczema she should get it checked
