Ok Ladies,
I NEED YOUR HELP!!!
I'm 9 weeks post, been stretching successfully so far, with the use of heat.
I cut back on the heat, been using my carusos but find that I need to lay the cones on to minimize breakage keep my hair from tangling.
So last night I do my weekly ORS Mayonnaise and use my Giovanni leave-in for moisture.......
Then I added Shea butter to my ends. When it was dried, it was fine. moisturised and all.
NEXT THING I KNOW: BREAKAGE CITY!!!!!
MY QUESTION (S):
Could stretching be causing my hair to break? (they're not breaking at the demarcation line tho)
Should I go back to cones, and continue to use heat to stretch?
If I SHOULD relax, DO I NEED TO DO A PROTIEN TO STOP THE BREAKAGE FIRST?
Thanks Ladies, I need to know if I should relax, b/c i want this breakage under control, ASAP!
TIA,
Shashemane.
