I actually got mine last year....and even when I tried to order it it had been sold out from the barbie catalog...my mom actually bought one via the barbie catalog before I got to it.
Im sure you can try ebay.

I have seen them on eBay, but the price is usually insanely high.
There were two AKA dolls that celebrated our Centennial, Ivy Rose and the one by Mattel.
ETA: Is your cousin a member? I'm not sure this an appropriate gift for a non-member, but it is your money, and the doll is nothing that needs to be kept secret. Essentially, the choice is yours.
