California natural hair vitamin

Any experience with this vitamin, some walmarts still sell it and I havr read some good reviews on it although it does not contain that much ingredients.

Vitamin A : 5000IU
Thiamine : 1.5 mg
Riboflavin: 1.7 mg
Niacin: 35mg
Folic Acid: 400mcg
VitaminB12: 10mcg
Biotin: 100mcg
Pantothenic Acid: 92mg
Iodine: 150mcg
Zinc: 15mg
Copper: 2mg
Manganese: 1mg

Choline: 60mg
Inositol: 125mg
para-Amino Benzoic Acid (PABA) 35MG

Other ingredients: Cellulose, calcium phosphate, steric acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, food glaze, vanilla.

When you go to walmart you have to really really look HARD for them. I dunno why but it is as if they are always hidden. The last time I went to walmart they didn't have them though.
