What happens if you don't wait between braided periods? I have braids in right now and I plan to take them out, and then wait two weeks before putting them in again. The growafrohair site says you should wait a month.
Am I harming my hair by only waiting two weeks????

Actually she does mention not waiting. I can't find it right now cause her site is down. I don't wait 2 months either. I usually only leave them in for 5-6 weeks then deep condition for 2-3 weeks before I put 'em back.

Well, I must have missed where she said to wait a month in between braids I only wait two weeks and my hair is fine as can be. No breakage here
