So I washed my hair today, applied my regular leave-ins, did a wet wrap, let my hair airdry, and then combed my wrap down. MY HAIR WAS BEAUTIFUL!!! :D Then my friends came over, and we ended up having an impromtu water fight at 11 PM, and needless to say I was DRENCHED from head to toe!!! I just let my hair hang and dry because I just did not have the energy to do anything.. but now that my hair is dry again it feels like BUTTER!! Does anyone else notice that after wetting their hair with just water and letting it dry their hair becomes really really soft.. like butter???

hmmm.. i may incorporate this into my regimen...:ohwell:

water is my friend:D Even though I typically use a product if I'm rinsing my hair (Nexxus Ensure) There are times in the morning where I just wet my hair and go, not even using any products. Doing it once in a while is just fine for me, though I can't do that every single day. You're right though, my hair does feel silky and soft when I do it, though doing that daily isn't exactly a good idea.

Since I usually rinse my hair at night after I work out, I do mist my hair in the morning before applying any products. IMO, doing this allows me to use a lot less product than if my hair were dry.
