HI Ladies,

How do you deal with bushy ends? I dont feel like my hair is in bad shape and I did dust about a month ago and it didnt solve anything. Im relaxed (2 weeks post) but my ends make it seem like I have a TWA because of how short my hair is. No matter what I do I cant straighten my ends.

You might want to get a better pair of shears, my ends were always bushy until I got the right shears for fine hair.

when you moisturize and seal your entire head and are finished then coat the last 2-3 inches of your hair with castor oil. do this 3-4 times a week and it will help. when i try to straighten my own hair i can never get my ends smooth..... atylist can though and my ends are fine when she dusts them.

How do you wrap your hair at night? Also I wear wigs everyday and I feel that the stocking cap may contribute to my bushy ends.

-Moisturize/seal really good with paying special attention to the ends
-Baggy or GHE
-Know your porosity level and make sure you're using products that appeal to your hair

When I DC weekly, I give my ends the utmost attention. This has helped me keep my ends from being unruly. If I skip DCing for that week, my ends will tell on me.
