Its really simple actually I cowash three to four times a week and dc about twice a week for two months... then I wear sewins for 6-8 weeks...I restart the process after i take down the install....this has really helped me to retain length..
my staples are Aphogee hard protein which I use everytime a take down a weave...humectress(nexxus) to dc mixed with evoo... cholesterol from dark and lovely to moisturise...
