NEEN,
I NEED YOUR HELP

.
WHEN USING THE APHOGEE DO YOU PILE YOUR HAIR ON TOP OR LET IT HANG DOWN? ALSO I BOUGHT APHOGEE MOISTURE BALANCE TO USE AFTERWARDS, IS IT OK TO USE OR DO I NEED ANOTHER TYPE OF CONDITIONER?
I PLAN ON DOING AN APHOGEE TREATMENT EITHER SAT. OR SUN.
WHAT LEAVE-INS DO YOU SUGGEST

?
THANK YOU,

btw do not use a plastic cap with the aphogee. That is stated on the bottle.
I'm guessing that a plastic cap could be fused to your hair by the treatment, but I don't want any of us to find out firsthand.

I would pile it on top of your head otherwise you may get it on your neck or ears and you do NOT want that

I have really sensitive skin so I am extra cautious when I use it. As far as the Aphogee conditioner, I have heard other people say that they didn't like it and it wasn't moisturizing enough. But there maybe something special about using the two together, I don't know. To be on the safe side you could use the aphogee and then follow up with a conditioner that you know will moisturize your hair. As far as a leave-in, I LOVE Nexxus Humectress. It's a cream and it's really moisturizing. I have also heard rave reviews about the Salerm 21 (I think that's the number). Hope this helps. Let me know how it turns out.

I have used aphogee and it makes the hair so hard that I would be scared to wash it out leaning over in the tub. I think you should get in the shower and lean your head back. That stuff can break your hair off like glass if it is manipulated once it is dry. Sorry if that is what you were talking about. I assumed you meant leaning over in the tub.

As far as a restoring moisture I have also read that the mosturizer by Aphogee isn't that good for hair types 3 and above. I would say deep condtion after that and maybe even combine the conditioner with a hot oil treatment. That stuff is that potent it has to be handled with care.

yea thats wat i meant if it was ok to wash it out under the shower. becuz i was wondering if it would affect my skin
