GPB is stellar. I would also recommend Elasta QP Breakage Control Serum, it's heavier than GPB, but it's wheat protein so it doesn't leave your hair hard.
aphogee treatment
it may stink but it does the job... very well. Follow that up with a moisturizing conditioner. The next week, follow up with AO GPB weekly
I do daily co washes and I do not hardly have any breakage. You might want to consider more co washes. It does help because your hair is getting constent moisture.

Why is this funny?

Sorry, it's not. I love AOGPB! I just wanted to be silly and use the green face, it's my fave.

how do you use aphogee and wat type to buy, could you show me a picture of the type i will need. and how often do you use it.

You can buy the aphogee at a beauty supply store. I would get the small bottle first. It says Aphogee Treatment For Damaged Hair. The bottle is white with purple and black lettering. They also come in little packets.
First you shampoo your hair. Then saturate your hair with the aphogee. You have to sit under a dryer until your hair is completely dry. It will be extremely hard so don't manipulate your hair. It can be a sloppy process so keep a towel on your shoulders and wipe off any that gets on the skin because it can cause irritation. Anyway, wash out the treatment and follow up with a deep moisturizing conditioner. I would do it for thirty minutes with a plastic cap under the dryer.

Thanks Neen. Can you get it at GNC.
[/ QUOTE ]
No.. GNC does not sell AO...If you are in the NYC area, you can purchase AO prods at any Vitaminshoppe store. Or, you can go online www.vitaminshoppe.com... They always have the cheapest prices for AO prods.....
