Very simple....for both synthetic and human. Human last longer to me.
I usually wash every two weeks with human and sythetic..even though it makes the sythetic look old fast. I surge or spray some type of moisteriser on my scalp right after my shower.. then pony tail.
Once they get old and I start to have those little ends sticking up... I use a grease water concoction to lay them down.. then put a scarf on the ponytail....then I take it off right before I get to where I am going.
