Hi there. I know for sure that braids and weaves if properly maintained can definitely help grow long hair. But I would like to enjoy my hair at each step while growing it out. Do you think that a proper shampoo/set regimen can help me achieve this gaol. Did someone achieve lenght with no braids or weaves ? Please advice.
