Braids outs feel like plastic??

I just did my very first braid outs recently and I find that when i undo the braid my hair feels like synthetic hair! is this the norm for a bradiout or have i done something wrong to cause it? im not fond of the plasticynesserplexed

i used shea butter and jojoba oil ,, nothing in excess though

I dont know why then, those products seem pretty ok for it..

I usually just use conditioner and Kemi Oyl and mine turn out pretty good...

Maybe you should try it again, with a creamy leave in and some oil and see how that works..

You'll have to explain what you did from beginning to end to make your braidouts so we can help you better. It could be in your technique.
