have lost so much hair in the past few months due to overprocessing and there is a huge chunk in the back which fell out and I can't even wear my hair down cause it looks so see thru. I started to go back to my old stylist who is now relaxing my hair with a mild relaxer and that seems to be helping as far as the new growth goes it does seem healthlier and the shedding has decreased trememdously. Looking at my hair now compared to what it looked like last year is such a dramatic change. Should I just get some braids for a while and let it grow or should I continue just washing it and treating it. I am so tired of looking at it because I can't do nothing with it but put it in a ponytail. There is always the option of just cutting it as well but I would have to cut off a whole lot to make it seem healthy, I really don't want to cut it either. What should I do in this case? I was hoping the part that broke off would eventually grow out and catch up with the rest but that does not seem to be happening, it is like 1 inch long. Ladies if you have any advice that can help me, please let me know. Thanks
