Braids: individuals, tree or cornrows?

Since I chopped off about 3 inches of my hair I can barely put it in a ponytail and I don't want to flat iron it (only when I'm checking my progress). So I'm thinking of getting some braids, just for like a month. What do you think would be better for me to keep my hair healthy and have the least amount of breakage: tree braids, individuals or cornrows?

If it's only for 1 month then I would do something cornrow based.
