Where are you ladies getting braids done at? I don't want the people who pull my hair SUPER tight...

I do my own or my sister does them for me. When she can't do them for me, my mom does! :D Sorry, I'm no help for salons.
 
Let me know if you find someone, I haven't been able to so I started doing my own. There are a ton of how to video's on YouTube if you're up to it.
