Braids/Hot Oil Treatments?

The ones with braids or had braids Did you do a hot oil treatment? if so how did you go about doing that with the braids?/how often? Give details..and what oils you used?

i've never done the hot oil treatment coz like the deeo conditioning, havent really seen a need to after i had trouble washing out the cholesterol from my hair

Well got lots of views and only one reply...well NONE of mind ladies...I did my hot oil treatment with my braids and my hair steamer.

how did it go?? did it do anything for your hair?? did it make them slip ??? how hard was it to get the oil out??

I do mine 2x a week when I do a CO wash on Tuesdays and when I shampoo on Fridays. I do it one of two ways. With hot wet towels or under my soft bonnet dryer.

I generally use a self made concotion on my scalp (currently rosemary essen oil in Jojoba) and Hot Six Oil on the length of the braid that my hair is in. I'll usually pile the braids on top of my head and put a plastic cap on for the heat application under the bonnet dryer.
