BRAIDS FOR HAIR GROWTH???

Ladies,
I wanted to cornrow my hair (i don't want to add any extensions. I already picked out the style. I have a picture of Jada with some cute ones. Can someone tell me if it well be better for my hair to let them braid it while wet or dryit first. I really don't want to damage my hair in the process. And waht can i use as a leave in to kep my hair moisturized?

Salerm 21 is a fantastic leave-in condition and has silk protein in it. It leaves your hair soft and shiny. Infusium is also good.

If you plan to have them braid your hair while wet, make sure you use a detangling shampoo or conditioner. If you have them braid it while dry, make sure you moisturize it lightly. Also, check to see if they will actually braid wet hair.

It may also be more difficult to braid wet hair and have the braids look decent when they dry because wet hair will have more slip and it may be more difficult to keep the braids tight until they dry.

Yes, it is easier done when your hair is dry. You can use a braid spray to keep your hair moisturized.
