Searching YouTube for protective styles and came across this video. Has anyone tried this before? Is it a healthy option?

I think you can wear this safely for a week but after that I think you start to risk breakage with your nape and edges. And I wouldn't want to leave a rubber band in my hair for more than a week.

This is really just a bun with hair added. I would follow safe bunning tips. They would still apply here.
