Hey ladies! I know it has been a while, but I'm back with questions!!! I'm washing my hair today, and since it's my last week of school before I go home to the shop, and I want to do something LOW MAINTENANCE. I'm thinking of after I wash, to have someone (or myself) do some plaits and letting them air dry and then unbraiding them. I'm wondering how that would work on natural hair, because I have this fear of breakage. If you guys have any other ideas, I'm MORE than open to hear them!!!

I braid while my hair is damp. It takes to long to dry if I braid it while it's wet. I am texlaxed but there are several naturals on here that do braidouts and they look fierce.:yep:

Braid-outs and twist-outs are great for the hair, natural or relaxed. I don't think you will have to worry about any breakage. I love them because you don't have to use heat and it's low manipulation. The first two pics in my siggy are twist-outs and the last one is a braid-out.
