Do you do them on wet or dry hair? I'm assuming it would NOT be good to do on wet hair considering hair is at its weakest when wet and braiding is a lot of manipulation.

I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Thanks ladies!

I have 4beezie type hair so i have to do it when 80% dry. ;-) I let it dry in bantus then braid. If i plan on keeping them in a month+ I will blow dry cool (tension method) then braid

I braid and twist on dry hair. I airdry in big square plaits then once dry I do either.

On my mothers short type 4 hair I cornrow on her hair while wet....on my long type 4 hair always always always when blowdried.

I usually braid when my hair is damp about halfway dry. My braids and twist hold and look neater that way vs braiding when dry.
