I went shopping this afternoon at the indian grocery store. I guessed I looked confused because the clerk asked if I needed help. I told her I was shopping for hair goodies. Right away she handed me some brahmi and shikakai powder. She also highly recommended some brahmi nectar. Her hair was gorgeous and she said brahmi nectar is popular in India for hair growth. It was only $4 so I said what the heck. It consists of water, brahmi leaves and apple juice (in that order). I haven't tried it yet, but just curious to know if anyone has heard of this.
