I'm cleaning out the closet and I found a half-full bottle. I hope I can use this.

I would hope yes. I still have a half bottle that I saved and I bought that in 2005 also.
 
i'm not sure how long it keeps, but i guess you could try emailing or calling Shapely's and asking them what the shelf-life of MTG is. HTH:)
