HI,I registered months ago but TOTALLY forgot about his site. I am soo glad I returned. I have noticed that this site is VERY informative and I am eager to START on my LONG hair care journey.

As I am reading the threads I have come across some lingo that I need definitions for .. For instance poo-ing, co-washing and CW etc. . If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated

poo-ing - shampooing
co-wash - condition wash (no shampoo)
CW - same as co-wash

I've been here for a while and still get confused sometimes

There's a sticky thread by Allandra in this forum with most of the lingo though.
