I have ordered from them before, and they ship fast and package well. I am in Japan and received my order in a week. I'm sure it will be faster for you in the States.

I order from them alot. Their prices are a little higher on average but they have excellent customer service and I always get cute extras in my packages......glitter clips (gave them to my little cousin), conditioning packets, lipgloss, and even little tubes of redken and some redken gel one time.

I order from them through amazon btw, their are items that they have posted there but not on their regular website and vice versa for some reason.

I actually ordered from them last Friday and got my stuff on Monday. They put a reconstructor sample in there.
