I peeped this in the BSS and it got me wondering, thinking, dreaming...has anyone tried it?

Here are the ingredients:
INGREDIENTS: WATER, STEARALKONIUM CHLORIDE, CETYL ALCOHOL, PEG-100 STEARATE, STEARYL ALCOHOL, PETROLATUM, PEG-60 LANOLIN, ALOE BARBADENSIS LEAF JUICE, CHOLESTEROL, TOCOPHERYL ACETATE, DMDM HYDANTOIN, FRAGRANCE, YELLOW 6.
