Blowdrying Natural 4 a,b,c hair.

For the past week I have washed my natural 4a,b hair and the ends are soooooooooo dry. I deep condition with oil under the dryer with a cap. I use a heat protectant, and a good dryer with a comb attachment. I am frustrated because I don't want to lose the 6 months of length that I have gained since my bc.

Can you please direct me to a link or a YouTuber who can show me some tricks to obtain straight ends that I get when a stylist blows my hair.

I have yet to see a youtuber that blows out and gets straight ends bu just blowdrying alone.

There is another person on you tube patchouli(sp) who blow dryed hair straight with the chi rocket I think. It's not a tutorial in motion but she got that hair flat iron straight with just a blow out.

Is there a reason you don't want to flat iron your hair? or are you trying to achieve something like a dominican blowout?

Flat iron????? I don't want straight hair. I blowdry it so that its straight enough to style. Flat ironing isn't necessary

These are just a few.

What I did was wash,DC, and apply leave-in, heat protectant, and a tiny bit of my shea butter mix, making sure to "smooth" my hair down to the ends during application.

I twisted my hair to airdry it 85-90% of the way, then I started to blow dry. I sectioned, then used the modified denman and blew it dry. My hair was soft and had LOTS of movement. Then when I flat ironed, I didn't have the issue that I usually do with the ends being frizzy after blowday or flat iron. It was all smooth and straight down to the end.

I was using too much product originally and not the right product. Plus TECHNIQUE REALLY made the difference for me!
