Blocking out face in photos on fotki

Can someone tell me how you block you face out for pictures to be posted on fotki.com. Thank you.

I don't have PSP or Adobe so I just use paint. Click on the block.... The solid one, not the "frame", pick the color black then drag the box across your face. Save & done!
