Just wondering if anyone here on the board has ordered Brenda's DVD and if you did was it at all helpful...Before I spend $45.00 on it which is quite expensive.

Yes! I discovered her e-book in 1999 and followed her regimen which is pretty much everything covered in this forum but less in depth. But I gotta admit my hair was longer and healthier after following her ideas. But like i said LHCF takes things even further here.

Thanks for responding I bought it also it did have some good ideas. I thought she is just a little long winded and everything was all over the place...that's why I am interested in the DVD it might be more understandable for me...
