Has anyone read the updated version of her book? could you please tell me what shampoo & conditioner she recommends now..In the 1st edition she recommended Motions shampoo & conditioner..I am not sure if I want to spend all that money on the book if it's the same as the first one that I already have...Oh and also what results did you have? Thanks!

If i'm not mistaken (bcuz i mailed the book to someone else to read) she mentions keracare but she also has a list of things that she recommends for each area such as deep conditioner: mizani:hydrafuse/moisturefuse, reconstructor --i think was nexxux --- but bottom line is that she has several products that fall under certain areas--as far as the shampoos, i think that she mentions-ph level. she also added that if u couldn't afford an expensive shampoo to try and get atleast a good conditioner--but some things/products were also dictated by hair health--(but i believe this is the book). HTH
