Just to clarify. And where can i find this. I saw some in walmart but it had all these different flavors and stuff i knew it wasnt the real one. Should i try an asian market?

if you can get to a farmers market you can get it loose or either one. I think it is for shedding but I know the coffee is for shedding.

I have a lot of loose Earl Gray tea I may try the rinse with. How long do you normally keep the tea in your hair before rinsing?

Ok... How do you guys incorporate this?

Does this sound right?

Cowash --> rinse out
Black tea rinse (2 tea bags in 1 liter water) --> Massage in --> rinse out
Light reconstructor --> sit for 20 minutes --> Rinse
Moisture DC --> Sit for 1 hr -- > Rinse out
?

I'm shedding something fierce... Can I do this weekly?

I mix green & black tea. I wash rinse apply half (4) cups of mixture in hair, massage. Dont rinse. Apply DC, steam, half way through steaming I apply the other (4) cups, finish steaming. I just started a few weeks ago & plan on continuing based on results.
