Biotin

Hey guys, i don't know if theres been a recent thread about this but if so, I'm sorry.
Anyhoo... have any of you guys added crushed biotin to your conditioner when you dc?

i havent, but i used to co-wash with cheapies that had biotin in the ingredients...nothin special happened

I am new to using this, but you may want to try J/A/S/O/N biotin shampoo and shampoo. Walmart sells it, as well as Whole Foods and other natural stores. As I said I am new to using it so I can't comment on the effectiveness, but you might want to try it out.

No, taking 1 tablet of biotin is my limit 1000mcg. I have seen biotin enriched or based shampoo at The Vitamin Shoppe, i'd try something like that instead. Take it slow, be patient it will happen .
