Biotin Updates Please.

I just want to know how everyone is doing who is taking the biotin. Is it working for you? Results?

I take 10 mg of Purtian's Pride biotin daily. I have definately noticed a growth spurt. I don't measure regularly but my ponytail has gotten longer. I haven't noticed any increased thickness, though but my hair's pretty thick to begin anyway.

Well I have thicker I lashes now, and it only takes a couple of days for my nails to grow back after chopping them down to the nubs..

I am taking 600mcg of biotin a day. I think it's working for me, my hair and nails are growing a lot faster now and i havent seen a pimple in months!

i jus ran out but ill be orderin more but when i was on it my hair grew like crazy and whenever i cut my nails they would grow rite back i didnt even have breakouts because i drank so much water to balance things out in my system
