I didn't want biotin to INGEST, but I thought I could use it ON my hair?

You can use it with shampoo or with your deep conditioner. Just mix in with whatever you are using. Bout a teaspoon to conditioner. HTH

I bought some biotin in tablet form and just put them in the grinder to make a powder so that I can add it to my oils.
