Biotin....major stomach upset
Is there anybody else here who gets stomach pains from taking it on a full stomach? It doesn't bother me if I don't eat. But God forbid I eat within 1-2 hours of taking it....major pain. What's up with that? BTW, I'm taking 3mg. Maybe I should drop it to 2mg and see.
