I am taking this from the vitamin shoppee is this enough for hair growth results?

Yeah it def is. I use it plus my GNC UltraNourishHair and have seen good growth. On days I dont take the GNC I make sure to take the 5mg biotin. What other vits do you take?

I just moved up to this one from Vitamine Shoppe also. I was taking 3mg. I guess it's to soon for me tell. I have only been taking it for about a weel and a half.

I took 4.5 mg for 3 months and then have been taking 7.5 (5mg biotin plus the hiar vit) and it has been working great. I say give it about a month to see results.

how many mcg in a MG? I am taking 1200 mcg and in a short time noticed that my eyebrows grew in faster and fuller than they have in ages. I also seemed to get more facial hair. But I am sticking with it. But how much is 5 mg? sounds like a whole lot more than what I take.

i take 1,000mcg and get even moe growth so when i begin my puritan prides 5mg...god help me!

hmmm i feel you on the hair...i got some unexpected chest hairs! my once smooth legs are now hairy but Biotin thickens your hair fast...
