i felt like biosilk shampoo was drying. I ended up using the condish as a prepoo to get rid of it. It's nice but would never be a staple condish/dc for me

How do ya'll use this stuff? (I've got Thin/Fine/Texlaxed hair)

My plan 75% airdrr, blowdry (with cool setting) then flatiron straight (no curls).

STAT!!!! When do I apply the silk......I got 30min to decide.

I love Biosilk. I apply it when blowdrying and a dab more before flatironing. Always prior to applying the heat. I don't apply heat too often but I always use my Biosilk products when I do and my hair turns out real nice and never dry. There is alcohol in it, I put a dab in my hands and wave/fan them to allow it to evaporate.

I apply mine when I finish flat ironing my hair. I only use it to give my hair more shine and that wonderful smell of course.

I left the top off for a minute (trying to evap the alc.) then applied it to my partially dry hair in sections then combed it through.

I'm in the process of flat ironing now so far so good, I'm about to blowdry the top half of my head now. Again, "Thank You" and I'll update later.

I have used the moisturizing shampoo...and it felt so soft like i applied condis....and i LOVE biosilk serum...

I tried the serum for the first time this week, and I really loved it. Is the alcohol content really high (i.e. damaging)? I liked it better than my Mizhani serum because it didn't feel sticky and my hair had a lot of body.

Update! So far I like the way my hair responds stylewise to the BioSilk Serum. "I" don't like that my hair "feels" like I have build-up on it; but ........my hair does look thicker.

I give it a 2 out of 3.

I used the conditionner ONCE the smell was strong! Im not the type to complain about scents but that one I had to let go and gave the bottle away.
