Most of these online hair companies order in bulk from aliexpress or alibaba. That's why the shipping takes so long. They order the hair after the payment is received. Then once they receive it, it's then shipped to you. They use YouTube and in instagram gurus for advertising by sending them free bundles in exchange for excellent reviews.

At least you got your money back. Most of these hair companies don't carry stock and a few will string customers along with excuses why their hair is delayed.

ITA ....the price of so-called virgin hair is ridiculous! I went back to BSS hair. If I make a wig/u-part, it lasts much longer. My last u-part lasted a year.

I only wear kinky curly/textured hair. Outre baby soft and Premium now fresh washed curly are what I used in the past. Next I'm going to try moisture rain Indian Remy jerry curl. I don't go longer than 12-14 inches because anything longer is more than I wish to handle. Two bundles brushed out and it looks just like my hair. Fabulosityisme on YouTube has a good tutorial using BSS Zury indian Remy wet and wavy.

I had an issue with this vendor as well. Along with Fingercomber. They are notorious for stringing people along about delayed orders.

EP. Expensive as heck but will last multiple installs/years.

So glad I found this thread.. I was going to order this hair for my wedding. What a bummer.

There's another brand, KinkyCurlyYaki that I've seen a few vids on but no review on custo. svc. or shipping, etc.

I may just go to the BSS and see if I can find something.. I want some clip ins though..

I'm sad I just found this thread. Just ordered the blown straight clip-ins a few days ago. Still waiting on shipping information or some kind of update from the company.
