BHRINGRAJ NEED HELP!! How often can I use

Hello ladies!!! I thought I posted this the other night and I just looked at all the post I started and I most have fell asleep at the computer again LOL. It happens LOL... Well I need to know how often I can put bhringraj powder in my hair? I got it for my mother at first but I have added it to my regi as well as the rain wash. Does anyone know? I henna every month on the dot and I was thinking of doing it maybe 2x a month and I wanted to know if it will hurt if I use the bhringraj like every week or every other week???? Help please!!!

well I wanted to update... I have been using bhringraj every week as a rinse and put a platic cap on for like 40 mins and then rinse with conditioner. and they has been working just great for me.

I have been using bhringraj for growth and thinnin and shedding. It is the only thing that I am using right now for my growth aid along with grated ginger and oilve oil that I put on my scalp and leave on for like 15 min and wash out with conditioner.
while trying to find the site I had been using I found a site that had it cheaper.

you can use it how often you want, but for sure, as I will never recommend to wash daily, I won't say to do the conditioning treatment daily lol. but you can also infused bringhraj in oil and apply it daily on hair and scalp (imma do it yum yum !!!!. afterwards, the treatment(powder mix with water) can really be done as often as you want, bi weekly, weekly, bi-monthly, monthly. this stuff and all indian stuffs are so great for hair. I will recommend you for sure to mix it with amla, that's one of the greatest combo !!!!
also, in the "hot/oil rinse/seal ends&scalp" challenge some girl, do an oil rinse with indian powders(whose bringhraj) daily, while cowashing.
when a thing is moisturizing, it can be use whenever you want !!

ps : bhringraj also go by the name of "Maka" so if you often read "I did a make paste", it's bringhraj.

I did a bhringraj over night because I didn't feel like washing my hair last night when I knew I would be co washing today. I just love how my hair comes out. I can not wait to see how much it helps my growth.

I would say that it helps with growth. It also adds strength and softness to my 4b natural hair.

dancinstallion I'm not sure of the exact measurements but I may have used about 2 teaspoons of Maka powder per 8 oz of oil. Sometimes I will use another powder (I love Brahmi) with it. Use any oil you like. I like using Olive, Coconut, Sweet Almond, Jojoba, Castor oils. I either infuse on low in a crock pot or use the double boiler method.
